Redfox Corporation (Redfox) is the second incarnation of Mackay Computer Services (MCS) which was founded in 1994. Behind the face of Redfox are siblings, John Delahunty and Michelle Cornick. Together they are committed to providing the latest cutting edge technology whilst adopting cost saving strategies for businesses around the region.
Since Redfox was originally established in 1994, it has grown to become the go-to technology service provider for cutting edge solutions. Over the past decade the product offerings at Redfox have continued to grow with a focus on tailoring solutions to address the specific risk set faced by businesses operating from regional centres and remote sites. To support delivery of these services, Redfox have a dedicated team of engineers and solution architects trained across various disciplines whom strive for the highest standards of excellence and customer service.
The business first introduced Fixed Wireless Broadband in June 2000, becoming one of the first three companies in Australia to utilise fixed wireless technology. Since its inception, Redfox has proven stiff competition to alternate internet services offered across the region.
Redfox is proud to own and operate their own internet infrastructure which is completely separate from the NBN, and will remain that way. The company’s decision to not resell NBN, was largely due to our inability to control the quality of the services provided to our clients. Redfox is passionate about providing high speed, reliable services at an affordable price to regional areas. We don’t over-contend our services and are constantly looking at ways to improve the end user’s experience.
